Are your loads quickly losing visibility and getting lost among other, often duplicated offers? Thanks to the feature of grouping similar offers, your load will be easier to find and presented on equal terms on the exchange.
Why do we group similar offers?
We received numerous signals from our customers – especially from carriers – who were having trouble finding a unique load. In their feedback, they emphasized that similar offers appear on the exchange, repeatedly added by the same company. We decided to effectively address these needs and introduced a new solution that will improve the way freights are displayed.
How does grouping similar offers work?
Grouping similar offers is a new feature on Trans.eu that allows you to change the way offers are displayed on the exchange. If a given offer is considered similar to another (already existing on the Trans.eu Platform and added by the same company), it is possible to combine them into one group. The uniqueness of the freight is analyzed by the Platform, based on several key parameters:
- loading and unloading dates,
- location,
- vehicle type
- the same contractor.
The same offers published repeatedly will be combined, increasing the transparency of the exchange and the visibility of unique offers.
Your offer on top
The new solution will reduce the problem of duplicated freights, which makes it difficult for forwarders to have adequate visibility of their own offers and thus quickly find the right carriers for their loads.
Your loads will be easier to find in the list, so you can get more responses from carriers and thus choose the best terms of cooperation.
Offer grouping puts everything in order and gives everyone an equal chance to present their loads. This will make it easier for you to focus on their quality, and the faster conclusion of transactions will save your working time.
How to enable offer grouping?
The decision to turn on the grouping of similar offers is made by the carrier browsing the freight exchange. Selecting the icon next to “group similar offers” will collapse and combine duplicated offers. Information on their number will be available under the date of publication of the latest one:
