  • GUARANTEED QUICK ACCESS TO SELECTED CARRIERS

    The carriers selected by you will not miss your offer – they will receive a notification about the order proposal on the Platform, and if they are not currently logged in – by SMS and e-mail. This saves you time and ensures that the order will go directly to the right person and will not get lost among the offers on the freight exchange.

  • FORMAL CONFIRMATION OF THE TRANSACTION

    Direct offers allow you to formally confirm the order quickly and easily without unnecessary phone calls, text messages or emails. In case of doubt, you will find a record of all arrangements in one place, allowing both parties to feel more confident.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY OF OFFERS

    The direct offer you send can only be seen by you and the recipient of the order proposal. The freight will appear in the ‘Your orders’ module only after it has been accepted. Importantly, thanks to Direct Offers, you can control the privacy of data and order parameters, which is often important in the case of contract orders or higher-value loads.

How do Direct Offers work?

  • To reach the carrier of your choice, you don’t have to send freights manually. Direct offers are available in the freight publication form or directly in the messenger.
  • Freight can be sent to contacts from the messenger or carriers who do not yet have an account on the Trans.eu Platform. In this case, the recipient will receive an SMS with the offer.
  • You can send the offer to 1 contact at a time, and if you own a Private Freight Exchange, you can send it to 15 carriers.
  • Once the freight is sent, the offer appears on the Platform in a special For Me tab.
