Direct offers: new feature on the Trans.eu Platform!

- Author: TFF

Trans.eu focuses on process optimization and continuous improvement of the platform’s usability. DIRECT OFFERS – a new mode of publishing freights – it will enable quick and easy sending of orders to the selected carrier directly from the messenger and the freight form. Thanks to targeted actions, forwarders can easily reach specific contractors with just a few clicks, maintain the confidentiality of their offers and gain formal confirmation of cooperation and valuable time.

Direct offers are a new mode of publishing freights, thanks to which you can send an offer to a selected carrier directly from the messenger or the freight form. You simply select a contractor from the contact list and send the load to them with one click. Everything happens on the Trans.eu Platform – without time-consuming e-mails, text messages or phone calls. The offer made available in this way is not accessible to competitors, shippers or other forwarders within the company.

SEE HOW IT WORKS

Read how Direct Offers work for carriers and forwarders who have already tested the new feature in their daily work. See what they think and say in the following article.

Confirm orders easily

Once the terms of the order are set, shippers use direct offers to officially accept the transaction. There are times when the carriers themselves ask for it as well.

Forwarders then send a direct offer in the messenger or via the freight adding form. Thanks to this, such a transaction appears on Trans.eu as an order. Not only is this convenient, but it also allows both parties to feel more secure knowing that all of the terms are in black and white.

Increase the visibility of offers

This is just one of many similar opinions from carriers we asked about direct offers. Carriers receive direct offers on the Platform (notifications and messages in the messenger, where they are easy to find) and in the Loads2GO! mobile app. If they are not currently logged in to the Platform, they also receive e-mails and text messages.

Forwarders can also send a direct offer free of charge to carriers who are not Trans.eu users. In this case, they receive both a text message and an e-mail, as long as the forwarder has provided both pieces of information.

There are so many channels of communication with the carrier that a direct offer is hard to miss. Therefore, both forwarders and carriers are satisfied with their visibility. Carriers who received a freight via SMS had no doubt that it was an offer from the Trans.eu exchange, and negotiations and acceptance of offers became faster and easier.

Protect information about loads

This is the opinion of many forwarders who cooperate on the exchange, e.g. on contracts or with loads of higher value. What matters to them is that the new publication mode allows maintaining the confidentiality of information about offers. How does it work?

A direct offer sent in the messenger is visible only to the selected carrier. It is not available to your competitors, shippers or other forwarders in your company. Only after the freight is accepted, it will appear as an order in the panel, in the Orders module.

Build your position

Thanks to the acceptance of orders on Trans.eu, contractors can give you ratings and comments on the completed cooperation. They will not be able to do so without formal confirmation that the transaction took place on the Platform.

The more positive comments, the better reputation your company gains, which is of great importance when carriers choose orders. Checking opinions on Trans.eu is one of the most popular methods of verifying forwarders, allowing them to ensure their safety and timely payment.

The more transactions concluded on Trans.eu, the more ratings you can get. This can be especially important for forwarding companies with less experience, as well as those for which image is an important part of their business. Credibility is also a strong negotiating argument, because carriers prefer to work with reliable forwarders, even if it means a slightly lower price for transport.

We change for you!

The introduction of Direct Offers is a response to the needs and operating patterns of the forwarders that use them. We are confident that the new publishing mode will allow you to work on the Platform comfortably and efficiently.
