How to Register on the Trans.eu Platform – a guide for forwarders

How to get started?

You can register and purchase a subscription on the Trans.eu Platform yourself, without the need to contact the helpline. Just click the button below:

or visit the Trans.eu website Trans.eu, select the REGISTRATION button, and then choose Register a new company.

After clicking, you will be redirected to the registration form, which will guide you through a few simple steps:

1. Choose your role
   In the first step, you will be asked: “What are you looking for on the Trans.eu platform?”. Select the option “I am looking for vehicles and loads – I am a forwarder” to adjust the platform’s functionalities to your business needs.
2. Company details
   Then enter your company details, such as name, tax identification number and registered office address.
3. Contact details
   In the next step, provide your contact details, including e-mail address and phone number.

The process is quick and intuitive, and the clear interface will guide you through the registration step by step.

Verification and confirmation of data

After filling out the form, remember to accept the GDPR Statement. If the provided e-mail address is already registered, the system will display an appropriate message, suggesting logging in to an existing account. In case of any problems, you can contact our customer support:

Setting a password

After completing the above steps, you will receive an e-mail with registration confirmation and information about the assigned individual user number – Trans ID.

Click on the “Set password” link to configure your account. Make sure to choose a secure password – it should contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

First login

Log in using your Trans ID and password. When logging in for the first time, confirm your identity with the code sent to your e-mail or SMS. For faster verification, we recommend choosing e-mail. If you do not see the message, check your spam folder.

After receiving the code, enter it in the “Confirmation code” field.

If you are logging in from a device that you will use on a daily basis on the Trans.eu Platform, select the “Remember this device as trusted” option to avoid two-step authentication for future logins.

Authorization on Trans.eu – Your security guarantee

Security is fundamental to Trans.eu. In order to quickly identify potentially fraudulent companies, we have implemented an authorization process that includes detailed verification, especially of new companies. Authorization allows you to focus on growing your business, with the certainty that you cooperate only with reliable partners.

The authorization process on Trans.eu varies depending on the company’s seniority. For forwarding companies operating for less than a year and for those with longer experience, the procedure takes place in different way.

1. Companies operating for less than one year:

Providing references

You must provide references from contractors from the last 6 months. References must include: VAT number, name and surname, and phone number of the reference provider.

NOTE: References will not be accepted if:

• the owners of the companies are related,
• the owner of the company receiving the reference is also the owner or board member of the company providing the reference,
• the company providing the reference is unreliable (e.g. is a debtor).

Additional documents

In some cases, documents confirming the credibility and validity of the company’s registration data may be required.

Authorization transfer

After verification of references, the procedure is similar to that for companies operating for more than a year and includes making a refundable authorization transfer for the amount of EUR 1 from the company account.

2. Companies operating more than one year:

Identity verification:

This involves making a refundable authorization transfer of 1 EUR from the company account.

Refundable authorization transfer:

• Make a transfer of EUR 1 from your company account,
• the transfer will be processed within 24 hours,
• the transfer is fully returnable.

What do we check?

• Connections with companies that have violated the regulations.
• User data used earlier.
• Deauthorized accounts.

If any of these situations occur, the user will be notified of the authorization failure. In this case, contact the sales department using one of the following methods:
